Expert automated portrait identification system is wired for use in criminal expertise and special investigation departments.
The system permits to search assignable persons by photos, subjective portrait, photo-video materials and etc..
ASPI corresponds to shell program which can use for creation of criminalistic collection bases: footwear traces, transport traces, crime instruments and counterfeit bills and etc.
Quantity and bases size is limited only to technical feasibility and requirement of expert.

SYSTEM CAPABILITIES

• The system permits to search assignable persons by photos, subjective portrait, photo-video materials and other materials kept in base.

• Degraded images received by home photo-cameras, outdoor surveillance cameras, mobile phone cameras are suitable for searching.

The system permits

• to search assignable persons by producible pictures of spectacled, bewhiskered or moustached persons, or persons with a twist of the mouth (f.e. smile and etc.)

• to make a preselection by verbal description and then to search object (persons) by preselected base

• to search by images with big temporary (age) difference..

Advantages of system

• Searching by images and portrait expertise, possibility of subjective portraits creation and searching by it are united in this program.

• System allows to conduct video the account and to store accompanying materials: video and audio of record, and also any documents and files on object of the account.

• It is possible to create numerous criminalistic collections and various auxiliary databases in this program.

• It is possible to change search time in base largely at the expense of use of complementary modules of parallel computing.
